Gut renovation, voluntary seismic upgrade and facade improvements at an existing 35-unit affordable housing complex serving formerly homeless individuals.

Renovation work included a redesigned community room, a new manager's office, new site improvements and landscape.

This project participated in and was certified under Build it Green's pilot program for Green Multi-Family Renovations.
